The renovation of the building was based on environmentally friendly solutions.
A modern recuperation system enables optimal use of the heat generated. In addition, in Villa Sattva there is a solar system that fully covers the demand for hot water on sunny days. The villa also has a bio-treatment plant, that restores used water parameters of drinking water.
